1. Eligibility & Timeframes

We always aim to ensure your satisfaction. You may request a return or refund within 5 working days of delivery if:

  • The product was not delivered.

  • The product is defective, expired, or damaged.

  • The product does not match its description or display images.

  • A wrong item, size, or color was delivered.

To maintain smooth operations:

  • Both sellers and buyers participate in a Quality Control (QC) check process.

  • Refund processing starts right after QC approval and is typically completed within 10 working days, depending on the payment method.

  • For defective or mismatched items, customers are requested to share a short unboxing video as proof. This helps verify the issue and speeds up the refund or replacement process.


2. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following terms:

  • Within 24 hours of checkout or before the seller begins processing, you may cancel at no cost.

  • If cancellation occurs after processing but before shipment, a 2–5% handling fee may apply to cover packaging and administrative costs.

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any advance payment may be partially or fully non-refundable, based on the seller’s policy.

  • Once a cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued within 10 working days through your original payment method.


3. Return Conditions

We gladly accept returns when:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

  • The delivered product is defective, expired, incomplete, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product is personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, food items).

  • The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • The item is a digital product (eBooks, software, codes) that has already been delivered.

  • The product was purchased during a flash sale or clearance, marked as final sale.


4. Refund Processing

We strive to make all refunds simple and prompt. Depending on your payment method:

  • Debit/Credit Card: Refund within 10 working days.

  • Mobile Wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.): Refund within 3 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank deposit within 1 working day after approval.

  • Voucher/Store Credit: Issued within 1 working day (non-cashable).


5. Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that preferences can change.
However, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after purchase unless required by Bangladesh consumer protection laws.
In cases of wrong size or color dissatisfaction, an exchange may be allowed if the product is unused and in perfect condition — depending on the seller’s policy.


6. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Buyer initiates a return request within the eligibility period.

  2. The product is sent to AlamartBD QC center for inspection.

  3. Once approved, refund or replacement is processed via your chosen method.

  4. Refund completed within the specified timeline based on payment type.


7. Special Cases & Exceptions

  • Overshipped, expired, or incorrect items: Immediate refund or replacement, no questions asked.

  • Damaged packaging but intact product: Return not valid unless the product itself is damaged.
